St. Patrick's Day Cupcakes

Here's a picture of the cupcakes we made on St. Patrick's Day. They are chocolate coconut cream filled cupcakes. We also made green candy molds to put on top. Can you say rich and yummy?!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Well, those tricky little leprechaun's did it again. They got us good! Apparently they painted 50 rocks gold in our yard and only a few had some yummy gold coins underneath. Their card was yuck! It had boogers in it.

I made green mash potatoes, green gravy, green beans, and green chicken bundles for dinner. We also had mint chocolate chip ice cream cones for dessert. A good time was had by all.

For those who don't know, the leprechaun's visit our house every St. Patrick's Day and play tricks on us. We also like to eat food that is green or dyed green somehow.
